Girl Scouts and Day Camp

Scouts will take an interactive tour of the mansion and see what life was like for all of the people who lived and worked at Mount Clare in the colonial period. At the Mount Clare Stable Scouts will participate in activities such as making a colonial-era doll, writing with a quill pen and playing colonial games. This two hour program satisfies many of the requirements for the Listening to the Patch Try-it! and corresponds with requirements for the Maryland Heritage badge.

This program will be offered on Saturday, April 5th and Saturday, May 17th. There will be two sessions offered each day. The morning session will be from 10am-12noon and the afternoon session will be from 1pm-3pm. The program fee is $8.00 per scout and four adults are admitted free. Additional adults are welcome for $6.00 per person.

To register please call 410-837-3262.
