STABLE SERVICES

Catering
All food served at the Mount Clare Stable must be professionally prepared. The Mount Clare Stable does not have an exclusive caterer. Any caterer working in the Mount Clare Stable must be approved by Mount Clare Museum House and licensed in the State of Maryland .
The caterer must also provide an acceptable certificate of insurance meeting the requirements set forth in our contract, in addition to the insurance you are required to obtain described above.
If liquor is to be served, you or the caterer must obtain any necessary permits and must also provide acceptable liquor liability insurance.
Equipments
– Twelve 6ft. Rectangular Tables
– Four 5ft. Round Tables
– One-hundred Chairs
In addition, a podium with microphone, drop down screen, VCR, and Power Point projector are available for your meeting needs. Internet service is not currently available.
Any additional equipment needed must be supplied by the renter.
